Once you purchase your admission, you will receive an electronic ticket to access the experience page. If you buy multiple admissions, we will provide instructions on how to share the admission with your group. Where to park: We recommend you park at 606 Elm Street, Dallas, TX 75202. This is what the parking entrance looks like. This is a public parking garage. Make sure you secure all your belongings. Parking rates vary from $5.00 to $10.00, depending on the day of the week—Park at Your Own Risk. The Company is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles.

Cancellation & Expiration Rules: Your admission expires six months after you purchase the tour or 24 hours after you start the tour, whichever comes first—refundable (less booking fee) 24 hours from the purchase date/time if the tour has not been started. Otherwise, the purchase is non-refundable.
