Frequent Asked Questions

What is the difference between the public tour and the private tour?
Both tours follow the same program, which lasts about an hour and a half.

Private Tours: Private tours are exclusively for you and your guests. You can start anytime between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Private tours include round-trip transportation, and we will pick you up and drop you off anywhere in the DFW area. You can also customize the program by adding stops for dinner or drinks to the itinerary.

Public Tours: Public tours start at 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM daily. We will pick up guests at the Tom Thumb parking lot, located at 7738 W Northwest Hwy, Dallas, TX 75225. This spot is right across from North Park Mall, offering a central and convenient starting point for your holiday lights tour. Can you accommodate more than 54 guests?
Yes, for groups larger than 54, we will divide the group into smaller parties and utilize several vehicles for the tour.
Can my infant sit on my lap during the ride?
No, in Texas, it is illegal for a child to sit on an adult's lap in a moving vehicle. State law requires that all passengers, including children, be properly secured in their own seat with appropriate restraints. Specifically, children under 8 years old, unless they are taller than 4 feet 9 inches, must be secured in a child safety seat or booster seat.

Please note that, due to liability and insurance constraints, we do not provide child safety seats or booster seats. You will need to bring your own to ensure compliance with the law and the safety of your child.
Would you pick us up?
Yes, private tours include round-trip transportation from anywhere in the DFW area (within a 30-minute commute to Highland Park). If your location requires more than 30 minutes of travel, we will need to add additional time to the tour to account for the commute.
Can I add stops to a private tour?
Yes, you can add stops to the program during a private tour, including time for dinner or a cocktail hour. Please note that this will extend the duration of the experience.
Can you make reservations for dinner or drinks?
Yes, we can assist with reservations for dinner or drinks.
How long does the tour last?
A private tour typically lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on traffic conditions and the size of the group. This includes one stop for a bathroom break and refreshments.

In addition to the tour time, we also account for the travel time to Highland Park from your designated pickup location. As a general guideline, we recommend allowing approximately 3 hours for the entire experience, including transportation.

If you choose to add dinner or cocktails to the tour, we will extend the duration accordingly to accommodate your plans and ensure a comfortable, seamless experience.
What type of transportation do you use?
The type of transportation provided depends on the size of the group. We can accommodate groups of up to 13 guests in a Mercedes Sprinter, up to 30 guests in a minibus and up to 55 in a coach bus. All vehicles feature large windows and climate control to ensure our guests have an exceptional experience.

Additionally, all our vehicles are fully insured and maintained under a strict service schedule for your safety and comfort.

For groups larger than 55 guests, we will divide the group into smaller parties to ensure everyone travels comfortably.
What time does the tour start?
This is a private tour, and you can choose to start anytime between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Starting earlier offers the convenience of planning dinner after the tour, should you decide to do so. If you prefer a later start, we can pick you up from a restaurant or bar and drop you off at home after the tour.
Can I bring food, drinks, and alcoholic beverages?
-You are welcome to bring alcohol and other beverages. However, for everyone’s safety, please avoid glass containers, as they can be dangerous in a moving vehicle. We recommend using plastic or other spill-proof containers with secure lids.

- Please avoid bringing foods or beverages that are likely to spill, splash, or leak, as they may damage the vehicle’s interior or create an inconvenience for other guests.

-Guests are responsible for any damage to the vehicle or injury to others resulting from spills, splashes, or improperly secured food or beverages.
