What is the difference between the public tour and the private tour?
Both our private and public tours follow the same dazzling 90-minute holiday lights program.
Private Tours are exclusively for you and your guests, offering the ultimate flexibility. You can select any start time between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM, and we provide round-trip transportation from anywhere in the DFW area. You can also customize your itinerary by adding stops for dinner or drinks.
Public Tours offer a shared, festive experience with daily departures at 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Guests are picked up at the Tom Thumb parking lot (7738 W Northwest Hwy, Dallas, TX 75225), located directly across from North Park Mall. You will share the experience with other guests.

What is the meeting location for the tour?
Lincoln Park Shopping Center - 7738 W Northwest Hwy, Dallas, TX 75225 (parking lot in front of the stores).
Lincoln Park Shopping Center offers a larger parking area and easier access, and it is located directly across from NorthPark Center. The area also has a great selection of restaurants and shops, so if you would like to have a meal or do some shopping before or after your tour, there are plenty of convenient options nearby.

We depart promptly at 6 PM and 8 PM. As this is a public tour, we are committed to respecting everyone’s time and schedule. Many guests have dinner reservations or other arrangements after the tour, and we want to ensure there are no disruptions.
Please arrive at the pickup location 15 minutes before departure to allow time for check-in. Unfortunately, we cannot delay the tour for late arrivals.

Can my child seat on my lap during the ride?
Texas law requires all passengers, including children, to be properly secured in their own seat. You must bring a car or booster seat for children under 8 years old.
Can I just show up and buy my ticket at the pickup location?
No, tickets cannot be purchased at the pickup location. Please purchase your tickets in advance through our website.
What is the cancellation/refund policy?
Bookings are fully refundable within 24 hours of purchase. However, tickets purchased within 24 hours of the scheduled event, or cancellations made after the initial 24-hour booking window, are non-refundable. Should unforeseen circumstances arise, we are happy to reschedule your ride with at least 24 hours' advance notice, subject to availability (a $50 rescheduling fee applies). Note: If we must cancel the tour due to hazardous weather or low visibility, you will be accommodated.
