What to Expect

Prepare yourself for a spine-tingling journey through Dallas's most notoriously haunted and historically significant sites. You will hear chilling, well-documented tales of the paranormal, including the tragic "Jilted Bride" of the Adolphus Hotel, phantom performances at the Majestic Theatre, and the lingering, heavy energy surrounding the Old Red Courthouse and Dealey Plaza.

To best suit your group's preferences, we offer this chilling experience in two distinct formats:

  • The Walking Tour (Approx. 1 Hour): Perfect for those who want to feel the eerie ambiance of the streets firsthand. You will meet your expert guide directly at the historic and imposing Old Red Courthouse at 600 Commerce St, Dallas, TX 75202, United States. From there, we will navigate the haunted hot spots of Downtown and the West End on foot.
  • The Vehicle Tour (Approx. 2 Hours): Sit back, lock the doors, and let us do the driving. Because some of Dallas's most legendary haunted locations—like the historic Sons of Hermann Hall in Deep Ellum or the Millermore Mansion in The Cedars—are too far to reach on foot, this driving tour allows us to cover a much wider, darker radius.

  • Sweet Venues: 🍪 You can add up to two delightful dessert stops to your program. We will route your tour past top-tier local bakeries, artisanal chocolatiers, or gourmet ice cream shops. It is the perfect way to grab decadent treats to enjoy while swapping ghost stories in the dark.

What you need to know before you book

  • During the walking tour, we will walk approximately half a mile. The tour begins at Old Red Courthouse, where there is plenty of parking in the area. From there, we will explore the oldest part of Dallas, including the West End, while our guide shares the history and stories behind the area.
  • The vehicle-operated version includes round-trip transportation. This version involves very little walking. The group will get off the vehicle at each point of interest while the tour guide shares the stories and history associated with each location.
  • Both tours are best experienced at night, when the atmosphere adds to the experience. However, we can operate the tours at any time that is most convenient for your group.

What you need to know before you go

  • Dress Appropriately: For the walking tour, comfortable walking shoes are an absolute must. For both tours, please dress comfortably for the evening weather.
  • Bring Your Camera: You never know what you might capture in the dark! Guests frequently report catching mysterious orbs and shadow figures in their photos at Dealey Plaza and the Old Red Courthouse.

What is the difference between the tours?
The main differences are the duration and the locations covered. The walking tour lasts about 1 hour and focuses heavily on the dense, haunted history of the Downtown and West End areas. The vehicle-operated tour lasts about 2 hours and allows us to venture further out into Deep Ellum and The Cedars. While the walking tour does not reach those farther locations, both tours cover a fantastic array of points of interest that make them incredibly haunting and entertaining.
Where do we meet?
Walking Tour: We will meet directly at the historic Old Red Courthouse in Downtown Dallas at 600 Commerce St, Dallas, TX 75202, United States.

Vehicle Tour: You don't have to go anywhere! The vehicle-operated tour includes round-trip transportation, meaning we will pick you up and drop you off at your requested location at the beginning and end of the tour.
Can we add dinner or other activities to the tour?
Yes! If you choose the vehicle-operated tour, we can absolutely adapt the program to fit your requirements and seamlessly weave dinner, drinks, or dessert stops into your evening
Can we bring drinks on the tour?
- Vehicle Tour: Yes, you can BYOB. However, please avoid glass containers as they are not safe in a moving vehicle.

- Walking Tour: No, you cannot drink during the walking tour. The City of Dallas Park and Recreation rules explicitly prohibit alcoholic beverages on public streets, sidewalks, and in public parks.
What type of vehicles do you use for the driving tour?
The type of transportation provided depends entirely on the size of your group. We can accommodate up to 13 guests in a luxury Mercedes Sprinter, up to 30 guests in a minibus, and up to 55 guests in a coach bus. All vehicles feature large windows and climate control to ensure an exceptional experience. Additionally, all our vehicles are fully insured and maintained under a strict service schedule for your safety and comfort. (Note: For groups larger than 55 guests, we will divide the group into smaller parties utilizing multiple vehicles to ensure everyone travels comfortably).
What time can we do the tour?
For a ghost tour, the ideal time to start is after dark to get the full, spooky ambiance. However, this is your private experience, and we can conduct the tour at any time that is convenient for you and your guests.
