What to Expect..

Weddings are overwhelming enough for most people. The last thing you need to do is plan a bachelorette party, too. When friends of the bride, or the bride herself, contact us about our popular Bachelorette Wine Tour, we are ready to help. We’ll take care of all the details: pick-ups, winery appointments, lunch reservations, or even party gifts or supplies.

You will be assigned an event planer to coordinate your Wine experience. We typically start with where the group is staying and build the itinerary with that in mind. Our goal is to keep the driving time to a minimum and wine tasting at a premium. The event's price includes three tastings (one at each of the places we visit, and lunch.

Our wine tours are well-known; our chauffeur service is safe, professional, and reliable, our tour guides are excellent hosts; your wine tour will be specifically tailored to your party; and the wine — well you’ll just have to book your wine tour and taste it yourself! What you need to know before you book

  • This is a private event, just you and your guests. You can specify the start time as well as the duration of the program.
  • Here are a few of our popular destinations: Eden Hill Tasting Room, Dallas Farmers Market, Bluff Dale Vineyards, Barking Rock Winery, Sugar Ridge Winery, Rosini Vineyard, San Martino
  • Minimum Legal Drinking Age in the United States is 21 years. All guests must be 21 or older to consume alcoholic beverages.

What you need to know before you go

  • Bring with you your ID, in case you are asked to validate your age at one of the establishments we visit.

  • What places exactly do we go to? We visit popular establishments serving great wine. The specific places vary based on your location and the size of the group. We want to minimize the time we spend on the vehicle and leave more time for you to enjoy yourself with your friends at each place we visit. After your event has been booked one of our team members will put a program together and make sure all details are in place.
  • What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event? Each event we do has its own cancellation/refund policy. Cancellation/Refund policies vary depending on the nature of the event and how much in advance the event is booked. Make sure you read the cancellation/refund policy that is part of your proposal before you book your event.
  • Can you accommodate dietary restrictions? It depends; for guests who do not eat meat, there are food options available, such as salads and flat-bread. However, we might not be able to make room for other restrictions. Please lets us know when you create your reservation request, we want o make sure we can accommodate your request before you book your event.
  • A few of my friends do not drink alcohol, can they get a discount? Due to the nature of the wine tour and the resources needed to operate the excursion (Vehicle, Driver, Tour Host) we do not offer partial discounts on our events. Most wineries, vineyards and tasting rooms are small local businesses that do not offer non-alcoholic options.
  • I have a friend in a wheelchair, can she participate in our event? Yes, we can accommodate guests with mobility requirements. It's important that you let us know before your tour is booked, so we assign the appropriate vehicle to the event.
